~biggins: Called ***-***-****. Pushed many buttons. Answered many questions. Said "I don't know" and "Yes" didn't work. Finally said "I WANT TO SPEAK TO AN AGENT,'" which resulted in my holding the phone, listening to horribly distorted music, being told they're sorry for the delay. and being advised to go to the website. Finally, an agent answered and I got what I wanted: the MAILING ADDRESS to which I can send a LETTER asking GE Capital Retail Bank the SIMPLE QUESTION, "WHY CAN'T I DOWNLOAD MY ACCOUNT TRANSACTIONS TO QUICKEN?" The first two agents I talked to didn't have a clue, and they weren't even curious. They just kept telling me what I already knew, that I can go to the website to see my transactions. Duh. That's not the point. The third agent knew what I was talking about, and thought it was "security." That's really peculiar, inasmuch as ALL THE OTHER MANY FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS I DEAL WITH ALLOW ME TO DOWNLOAD TO QUICKEN. WHAT'S DIFFERENT ABOUT GE CAPITAL? By the way, in case it may h
