~fedup: Worst company ever!!! I don't even have an account with this company and they keep taking money out of my bank account. I called "talked" to a "robot" for ** minutes and finally got an agent. She was worthless. I then spoke to a supervisor and she was worse!! I explained that I didn't have an account with them and to refund all the money they took out of my bank account. The money is out of my bank account until the bank investigates the issue. I stopped payment and then a second payment was taken from my bank account. I need my money. I have a reference number but the agent won't listen unless I have a credit account with them. They are stupid and ignorant. That's why their name has changed * times. I work for Sams Club and I will never promote their company again. Absolute theifs! CEO will be my next call and letter to the banking commission. You will know my name very well and I will be your worst nightmare!!
