~unhappy customer: I had to terminate earlier my contract due TMobile reception being zero where I work. To do so I paid early cancellation fee. And they have not told me that I have to pay in addition money to unlock the phone. I am still waiting for my code. Had to pay another big amount fee to unlock my phone. Why can this things not done in one go... I will not have any phone with any provider including Tmobile in near future. Horrible customer service. Honestly all the companies with call centres are ****..
