~Longtime Customer: **** UPDATE:**I called one of the many extensions above, and a gentleman answered the phone. His demeanor was very rude and he was borderline yelling! He asked if I received an email or a voicemail from him prior to me calling. I replied that I had an urgent issue, and this was the number I was given to call. He stated that they don't take phone calls from the public, and that there is nothing he could do. I said "thank you" and hung up. **The way to reach someone is SOCIAL MEDIA! T-Force is T-Mobile's Social Media Help Center, and they are available Mon-Sun *am-**pm(PST). They respond within ** hours! Very quick response time, and they are very friendly. I would recommend using them on Twitter at https:**twitter.com*TMobileHelp

~Longtime Customer: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
