Bob: A new phone disappears while in the possession of UPS, my credit card gets billed anyway, I get cut off *-* times by their electronic voice system, and they tell me I can't get another phone til they conduct "an investigation???" Stopped payment on the Visa card, done with them. T-Mobile is the worst in this region of the galaxy in every respect.

~Cap't. Bob: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Cap't. Bob: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about T-Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Cap't. Bob: For that I would say one out of five.

~Cap't. Bob: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for T-Mobile to know who you are.
