~tmbilesucks: Horrible representives. Dont know anything in what they are doing!! I called yesterday night to a rep. I wanted to get one of the free phones so I upgrated my plan and be able to get the phone. However, it was taking a long time with the rep. to go through she said i will call you back with the confirmation number. I said okay... waiting for her to call be after * hours she didnt. So I called tmobile and got an order number for * free phone which i told her exactly i wanted *. So talked to rep. which said i dont see anything here saying you did any changes. I had to explain everyting. then i called back to get a different rep. Same thing, when i talked to the supervisior he said he will give me the phone for $**, i said no. He offered me a different phone, i disagreed. It says online on the website for the HTC WILDFIRE. Then i was stuck with a new contract after my old one had expired and eligible for upgrade. They said no you have a new contract with us and have to pay $*** per line t
