~lapillus: I used live chat to ask about some particulars about prepaid service and specific smart phones, including some highly technical details. CSR was pleasant, acknowledged when she didn't have info off had, researched, and got back to me in a very reasonable time for the kind of question I was asking. Bonus points for the answers being what I'd hoped.

~lapillus: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman: And what about T-Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~lapillus: For that I would say one out of five.
