GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's T-Mobile customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~gooch: I've called *** T-MOBILE at least a dozen times in the past * weeks, ever since I activated with them. They talk agood game, but I've spent many HOURS talking with them, trying to resolve a terrible NO-signal problem in my home. THREE times I've been told they would re-contact me within ** hours (after their submitting a trouble ticket) and it has NEVER happened. I'm HOPING that by calling the Washington *** area code number on Monday I can reach someone who will actual DO SOMETHING, and not merely provide LIP SERVICE. So far I'm amazed at how poorly my situation has been handled. If they can't remedy it they could at least tell me, so I could walk away from T-Mobile (and the worst customer service I've ever encountered).

~gooch: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~gooch: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about T-Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~gooch: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other T-Mobile customers?
~gooch: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for T-Mobile to know who you are.
