GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's T-Mobile customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~olderuser: Not helpful at all. They were not willing to look up my account no when I did not have my phone. I am older and never had to find my number before. I had paid for two months because my husband died and I had to put it in my name. Somehow it had not been posted and they kept messaging me. I wish I had switched carriers instead of trying to stay with then. So much for loyalty. I am going to try again on Monday and see if they have real help.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting T-Mobile. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a T-Mobile problem?
~olderuser: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~olderuser: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about T-Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~olderuser: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other T-Mobile customers?
~olderuser: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for T-Mobile to know who you are.
