GetHuman-274576: Recently switched from AT&T after years of being a customer. I was paying **$ per month and T-mobile offered a similar plan for **$ *month and reimbursement on cancelation with AT&T with phone trade in. Worst decision I've made...T-Mobile claims to have great coverage but now that I switched I have horrible reception and data. Constantly in no service when I'm working downtown Houston where they claim excellent coverage. And the data is a joke. Constantly jumps between no service, *G and LTE. Do not switch to T-Mobile. It's not worth Payin less. AT&T is expensive but I never had any issues with service!

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-274576: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about T-Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-274576: For that I would say five out of five.

GetHuman-274576: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for T-Mobile to know who you are.
