~Undine Gore-Luncheon: Since July T-Mobile Reps have told me that they can not fix the problem with my auto pay. It's August and they are telling me to call in September to set it up again. I'm not a new customer. I've an excellent customer never late because I had auto pay and the money is always there. I was not successful on line setting auto pay and was transferred ** times. I really considering a new carrier. Two months this has been going own.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Undine Gore-Luncheon: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about T-Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Undine Gore-Luncheon: For that I would say five out of five.
