~Ru4eel1: Twice I called and they tried to transfer me and hung up on me. The quality of service in this company has deteriorated significantly. I have been a customer for over ** years and will NOT renew my contract. Can't wait for it to be up in January.

~Ru4eel1: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Ru4eel1: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about T-Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Ru4eel1: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other T-Mobile customers?
~Ru4eel1: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for T-Mobile to know who you are.
