GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's TJ Maxx customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Captiva: I called ***-***-**** to request a change from a regular store card to a Mastercard so that all of my purchases count towards earning store points. The man that answered the phone was incompetent. Not sure he spoke English fluently. I asked about the Mastercard and he told me that I needed to apply at the store. I told him that I had asked at the store more than once and was told I had to call the customer service number on my card to have it changed. I was supposed to take a customer survey but he hung up on me so I couldn't take it. Very frustrated customer indeed! Why do companies make it so hard to do business with them? Especially having customer service representatives that mumble and speak inferior English.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting TJ Maxx. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a TJ Maxx problem?

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Captiva: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TJ Maxx's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Captiva: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other TJ Maxx customers?
