~Concerned: Basically when you get to a person they will cancel it but they will need your itinerary number OR email address AND the phone number used to book the room. They will only give a cancellation number when asked and they tell you it takes ** hours to refund. I just spoke to them so I will wait on my refund. And update everyone if it does not come.
