~timh: I ordered a coffee thru the drive thru and received a coke. I requested a small coffee again. I sure got it this time! Scalding hot coffee was spilled on my left hand, wrist & arm. The drive thru gentleman handed coffee with a loose lid! After him giving my money back I tried driving away to no avail. Arm scalded too badly so I went inside to get ice. I asked to speak to the manager and guess who? Yes, the drive thru guy. He gave me ice and an apology. Just got a call from him today wanting to give me a free meal. I spent $** and most of my afternoon at Kaiser Emergency because of him. Not quite fair...
