~phil: I went to the Taco bell in Leesburg, VA order my food, was told that i needed to wait * minutes for the system to restart (apparently it was down). * minutes later i was told to pull up to the window. got my food paid for it checked the bag and my whole order was incorrect. I told the associate. A few seconds later i hear the manager on duty talking in spanish to his associates basically telling me the customer to (f**** off). I confronted him and told him that i spoke spanish and that i knew what he was saying. He never denied anything. The worst thing about it was that he threatened to call the police if i did not leave. I cant believe everything that happened. Cant believe the customer service that i received. Hope to hear from you guys soon.
