GetHuman-369779: S*****@***.com - wife and I love your food but we recently visited your Fontana Ca location on Sierra and valley . We used drive through and the greeter was excellent but the food prep left a lot to be desired. Even though it was placed in a box to protect it. The tostada appeared as though it had been dropped and it was cold. Our order was completed quickly but perhaps a little more focus on quality control would have made the difference. Still a loyal customer but it was pretty bad. Not usually a complainer but I believe in your business model.
