~annoymous customer: This company is only out to make money & not provide customer service. They are not willing to help w*payment arrangements, prefer to shut off power & charge enormous fees. Worse utility comapany I have ever dealt with. Why as customers do we not have a choice on what power company to use? Worse service ever. I am willing to move to get away from this company. To all the rest....GOOD LUCK!
