GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Target Card customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~irritatedredcardgirl: This was one of the worst credit card customer services I have ever had to deal with. The automated woman asks so many questions that it took me several times through just to talk to an actual person. Once I got an actual person it was just downhill from there. The woman I spoke with had a very thick middle-eastern accent (at least thats what it sounded to me) so it was hard to understand her questions. Don't get me wrong she was a super nice lady but when I spoke she would cut me off mid sentence to ask if blah blah blah was what I was calling for. When I said no and continued with my question was when I knew she wasn't actually listening to me she was just trying to hurry the call along. I will admit I was probably a little rude, but when you have to repeat yourself * times it gets a little frustrating. My personal question was about a balance transfer which I had done from my REDcard to another account. My other credit card company that I did the balance transfer with messed up and

~irritatedredcardgirl: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Target Card's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~irritatedredcardgirl: For that I would say two out of five.
