GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/22/17?
GetHuman-iyeya: Hi,my name is isamar . I placed an order on January *,**** and I just received my delivery today January **,****.I got home from work (excited) to see my packages. Once I opened the first package I was upset , my products were manufacturer damaged.i called to see if I could get a resend order but I need them before Saturday the ** of January,they said the only thing they were able to do for me was a refund. I was very upset,i am very upset.this manufacturers damage wasn't my fault. I did my part on placing my order on time and waiting all those days which wasn't any problem. But the thing is that i don't want any refund..all I wanted is my shoes , the ones I payed for on the *th of January. The shoes I was patiently waiting for. I mean put yourselves on my position.. I'm disappointed at target. I'm a very good and frequent customer. I have * children and all diapers,shoes ,socks wipes ext ext. is everything from target. All I asked for is for the understanding. When I called target customer service it was a mess, they told me their was no supervisor to I can speak with and that their was nothing they could do for me but the refund.they were getting upset with me.. I mean they don't put theirselves in my position. Like I said before., I did my part target.. Not even a sorry for the inconvenience or anything.

GetHuman-iyeya: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-iyeya: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Target's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-iyeya: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Target customers?
GetHuman-iyeya: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Target to know who you are.
