GetHuman-182481: Did not receive high price item. never got to UPS!!! telling us we have to wait *-** days for refund or review. will not allow me to talk to anyone higher that supervisor. they have an internal issue that needs to be addressed. anyone know of another number to call to discuss? target.com folks are no help at all!!! bad, bad service
