~RonSeattle: I am trying to dispute a charge on my card I don't recognize. I called the * on the card * times, each time they say I need to talk to Target and transfer me, and I get disconnected. Finally, I find this * on your site and call there. The target representative doesn't know from which order the charge is, and says I can dispute it. I say I'm trying to. She says I must call the * on the card. Each side passes the buck to the other, and I have no way to dispute the charge. This is really stupid. I will have to cancel my card. Target customer service is completely unhelpful and their credit system is untrustworthy.

~RonSeattle: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~RonSeattle: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Target's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~RonSeattle: For that I would say four out of five.

~RonSeattle: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Target to know who you are.
