~hal weiner: I had a complaint in one of your stores where employees didn't know if or where a product was displayed. I call your c.s. number and spoke to a Suzanne. She kept me on hold for over ** minutes. I hung up and now I will use Target only when I positively have to.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Target. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Target problem?
~hal weiner: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~hal weiner: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Target's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~hal weiner: For that I would say one out of five.
