GetHuman-170655: I had a hard time understanding the customer service representative lady because her voice is too soft and she spoke too fast. I ordered * items totaled over ** dollars and thought I would get the free shipping because I bought more than $**.**. As it turned out, only * items were eligible for free shipping and the third one was not! This is not good business for Target! I will do my business some place else!
