GetHuman-47298: I shopped at target many times. Will never do so again. I received a egift card for a Christmas gift. You can only use it online, or download it as an app to my mobile phone. Is Target so desperate that it is afraid people will only redeem the cash and shop at a more customer friendly store. I will purchase something on target.com so as to not to hurt the person who gave it to me, but I will never step foot in target again

GetHuman-47298: For that I would say three out of five.
