~Very UnHappy: I would like someone SPEAK English. Who understand what cancel an order means, I cannot do that! I like someone does not put me on hold ** while they figure out how to do their job! I want to talk to speak not mumble. I want to someone America English, not Indian English. And because this I am going back to Macy, this BIG LOT Store that has NO service!!!!!!!!!!!!
