~sandy hill: Target gave the worst customer service possible because they (* different supervisors) mislead me into thinking they would call me back, solve the problem and promise a date of delivery. NONE of that happened. One supervisor (after never delivering my chair) had the gall to say "as a courtesy to you, we are sending you a FREE chair". What's free about a chair I was billed for. Thanks for nothing!!

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~sandy hill: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Target's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~sandy hill: For that I would say five out of five.
