GetHuman-197800: They do not speak English. The first time I called I was hung up on because they didn't like that I could see that my items were shipped UPS and not USPS and she fought with me to say that they were shipped USPS and they plainly were not. The she spouted off some ridiculous time line for items which makes no sense because I had the date it left the Post Office. If it takes a MONTH to get to me, then there is a shipping issue. She hung up on me (I guess she has no paper to read with that answer.) Then, I called back and same thing. They couldn't understand how it states it left the post office in transit from UPS to USPS back on Nov **th. It is now December **. The package was either stolen or lost. Christmas is going to be a sad one.

GetHuman-197800: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Target to know who you are.
