~sharkfin: CINDY, the tax specialist is superb! not only is she mentally*academically prepared to dela with my issue but, also, emotionally supportive of my stressed out state. The issue had bogged me down for days and it took her just a minute to resolve it...to think she never lectured me for my mistake..i could kiss and love that lady, cindy. She should be promoted to a very highly responsible positions, 'cause she is!.
