~Veronica Corningstone: I gave it a * for service because all I needed from them was to reverse a charge and she had to go into the whole prompt about why it would be a good thing to keep. I said no thank you and she didn't try to push it. Then she saw that I didn't have the warranty for the DVDs and went into a prompt for that. So it was a little annoying, but it wasn't a huge deal as I wasn't in a big hurry. Communication got a * because the girl had a little bit of an accent that I had to listen closely, but it wasn't bad enough that I couldn't understand anything. Girl's name was Michelle.

~Veronica Corningstone: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Veronica Corningstone: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Team Beachbody's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Veronica Corningstone: For that I would say two out of five.
