GetHuman-189956: INFURIATING PHILLIPINO "CUST SERVICE REPS" ...***** ***** ***** RUN AROUND TRANSER RUN AROUNDS...Bought a phone for my ** yr old son from Goodwill.com but it wasnt scanned correctly according to the Telcel rep. I faxed my receipt along with the bar code and serial number and two days later was told they didnt receive my fax despite my fax confirmation an told to refax and then call to confirm receipt of the fax. I did so and called to be sure they got it and was told they didnt get it despite ANOTHER fax confirmation. I was transferred left on hold ran in circles with NO RESULT. Gonna sue their asses !!!
