~yezzi62: i went to see five musicals in new york. wnen i booked the ticket to lemiz, even though ramin karimloo was not performing,the representative said that he was. when i got there i was very disappointed because he was the reason why i wanted to see it. the next day i booked a ticket to the book of mormon, a represantative confirmed that the seat would be the third seat from the center, when i checked it later on the seating chart of the theater, i found out that the seat was on the sat right hand side corner, and my seat was the third seatf from the right aisle. i called to complain, another representative argued with me saying the the seat was the third seat from the center. their manager refunded my money. i am still waiting to hear from them about the lemiz ticket. the representatives at this company may work on commission basis. i don't know. all they had to do was to ask me to book the ticket for the next day since it turned out that ramin does not perform on thurdays. but she didn't
