GetHuman-265540: A human answered. Next thing you know, she put me right back in the teleque...after about * min. a person probably in Pakistan picked up the call. She asked me a ton of questions like my routing and bank account numbers, name, mailing address, amount of the check. She then put me on hold while she looked up other info. Wating, waiting, waiting. After about * minutes, she returned to tell me she had no information. My check was declined and the reason was: the check was not rejected...the system simply required more information. However Home Depot never asked for more info. they just declined the check.
