~tokada: I am filing a job application to a hospital on your web site, and when I asked the operator to transfer me to the tech support, no one answered but telling me to email instead. I can not imagine how could no one actually work on the phone for customer service.**My issue is I'm trying to upload the attachment but because previous ** files are there already, I am not able to upload the new one. Unfortunately, there is NO icon to delete previous files and yet the website keeps telling me to delete the previously uploaded files to upload the new ones. **It's such a mess on your website and users.
