~George: This dept does nothing to help, they offer it , because will not return your calls or will they send email when they say they will, there is no other way in, I called because my certification was late, there response is to call the ***-***-**** and I lose more UI for every week. This been on the news, but dos not help. Hope they need help someday and get treated the same way.
