~jason234: Tennis warehouse has failed to acknowledge my complain regarding a misrepresentation of one of their products, in this case, tennis strings. What I find disgusting and lacking in common sense is that they should have agreed in compensating with just a couple of string sets. However, this was beyond their reason, and consequently have started to build a bad reputation for themselves.
