~Jack dog2: Bought a Samsung Galaxy Note from Tesco Direct last November and am still waiting a VAT receipt. Have spoken to customer services several times and been told 'they are printed in India and we have to wait for them to get to the UK before we can post them out'. Another call was answered with 'O yes I can see the problem and I will fix it at once', still no invoice.
