GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/28/17?
GetHuman-deet: I am unable to access magazines on my account. The screen asked to set up my account, but will not take me to a sign in screen. Help! Maybe I should just cancel my subscription.

GetHuman-deet: For that I would say four out of five.
