GetHuman-285212: I was initially told that I would get today's paper on Tuesday. Then when I was able to speak to a live person . . I was told I would receive a paper on Monday. I then asked to speak to a supervisor. I was connected with a sort of supervisor (?) She told me she would try to contact someone in my local area and maybe I would get a paper today. I said if I could not get a paper today I would like to cancel my subscription immediately. She said she would try to get my paper to me today but no promises. I again said if I did not get my paper today I would like to cancel my subscription. She said I would have to call back to do that, that she would not hear back from the local area person until probably Tuesday. I again, said I would like to cancel my subscription. The supervisor said she would call me later to see if I received a newspaper today.
