GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's The IRS customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Still pissed off: Cannot get through ONCE AGAIN. This is the *nd number I called and the exact same thing happened when I called the main number. You select your options from the menu, then the automated system supposedly transfer you to a rep, you hear the hold music, and then the voice comes back on to tell you that there is a high volume of call and YOU have to call back. What a joke and waste of my tax dollars.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting The IRS. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a The IRS problem?
~Still pissed off: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Still pissed off: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about The IRS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Still pissed off: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other The IRS customers?
~Still pissed off: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for The IRS to know who you are.
