~LInda Cummings: I called about a question that was not on the stupid voice mail that the money waiting IRS has set up. Why is it the an agency (I just answered my own question)this large CAN NOT seem to help the people that provide that taxes that run this organization?

~LInda Cummings: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~LInda Cummings: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about The IRS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~LInda Cummings: For that I would say four out of five.
