~mair mair: I waited ** mins for the first agent then I waited another **-** mins for the second agent. I was transferred to advanced accounts and was treated horrible. Her name was Julie and her badge * started with **. I believe she was in Franklin Tenn.I was checking on an acct. I have been paying on since ****. She was rude when she answered the phone & she got worse the longer she talked. All I wanted was some info on a way to possibly stop the interest & penalty, but she told me that she would not help me wanted to know why I was transferred to her because she would not help me.
