~anonymous: Terrible customer service. Paper rarely comes on time and is dropped in the street. Complaints go unanswered. ONGOING DELIVERY . Edwin finally provided some service. He apologized and offered to resend last Sunday's paper which was promised on Monday and again never came. When the Herald goes out of business they will have no one to blame but themselves. You make it impossible for us to subscribe and receive what we pay for.
