~A. Echeverria: Today I called pertaining to the wrong place where the Nuevo Herald is delivered. I am discapacited and requested that it be delivered at MY DOOR. When I called for the *rd. time regarding this issue. The person who answered (Christ) was very disrepectful correnting my pronunciation. I asked to talked to his supervisor but he refused to let me talk with him*her. If this issue cannot be resolved I must have to cancel because I cannot depend on my neighbors to bring the paper to me. I hope I find some courtesy at your end.
