~christian: To get someone on the line is almost impossible, UI trying to make it so hard you are forceed like cattle to follow their road, Once contact was made with someone, they also instructed to follow the automated system and refused to assist with anything, even manager was non understanding of urgency to turn service on at ** degrees farenheit, the managers response was by law we have ** hours to reintate power, without power hopuses have no heat on new england. so if we freze to death it's not their problem because laws are made to protect the corporation monster, not the consumer, so nice to live in a country without constitutional wrights are forgoten and corporations are alowed to keep makin money at consumers expence, UI holds a monopoly on New England, I thought monopolies were illigal in a constitutionall country. But I guess congress could be bought to change laws to benefit corporations and not the public.
