GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's The Weather Channel customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Concerned Viewer: People seem to forget that if bad weather threatens, they pre-empt all shows. The level of professionalism is unmatched by any of the wanna-be weather information providers, I just deleted the Weather Nation from my line-up, it looks like TWC from ** years ago. If reality shows bother you, why not complain about Discovery, TLC, History and all the other channels that have an even higher percentage of them.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting The Weather Channel. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a The Weather Channel problem?
~Concerned Viewer: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Concerned Viewer: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about The Weather Channel's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Concerned Viewer: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other The Weather Channel customers?
~Concerned Viewer: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for The Weather Channel to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~Concerned Viewer taken from his The Weather Channel customer service problem that occurred on November 15th, 2017.
