~dissappointed customer: Failed to ship item at speed paid for, which in turn made package not arrive in time for Christmas. Their "solution" call us when it does arrive and then we will do something about refunding your shipping only. The staff was rude and said they do not care if packages are late "whatever". Horrible customer service!!!!!!! Horrible shipping practices!!!!!!!!!
