~skeptic5: How did i happen to get the exact same rep again? The check is in the mail and I should expect it tomorrow? Eaxactly ** days from my original call? Oops! We failed to noitce the previous mont charge plus the current month that is still on your bill? Expect another check in *-* weeks. Really?*I can only hope this comes true.
