~robin combs: This is a I.T. retail line. They will help you with anything to do with retail outlets. If it has anything to do with online*phone orders, you must call CS *. This retail line will give you the correct phone *'s to call but will not transfer all calls. The best * to call is the correct department. If you have a wait time then you have a wait time. If you hang up with the correct dept you will just have to wait all the longer.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Ticketmaster. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Ticketmaster problem?
~robin combs: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~robin combs: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Ticketmaster's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~robin combs: For that I would say three out of five.
