GetHuman-325656: My wife and I ordered some lights from them. The website was OK to use, but once we started waiting, they delivery date started slipping.**When we tried to contact customer support is was very poor. For example, first we tried to call during posted business hours. No one answers. I actually thought that they were out of business.**Eventually we got an email from them. When we asked for help speeding it up, they were rude and just cancelled the order, which of course meant it was just a big waste of time to use them.**Expect delays and maybe not even getting your order. We never got ours, so our wait was just a waste of time.
